Voice Services Manager (full-time)

The Voice Crisis Services Manager is responsible for the delivery of Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury Sydney’s (H2HS) contribution to Lifeline Australia’s (LLA) national 13 11 14 Crisis Line. The service delivers high-quality one-off support to Help Seekers via Telephone. The Voice Crisis Services Manager will lead and optimise service quality and compliance as well as paid and volunteer workforce retention, supervision, development and support. The role will work to maintain the service in line with agreed targets designed to meet the growing needs of the community.

Deputy Centre Supervisor – Digital (part-time)

To facilitate the supervision, coaching and feedback to Digital Team Supporters (DTS’s) and Digital Crisis Supporters (DCS’s), to develop skill levels and ensure a high-quality digital crisis support service. To work collaboratively with the Digital Service Manager (DSM) and Centre Supervisor to establish learning goals and areas for further training across DTS’s and DCS’s, and develop a plan for ongoing skill development

Current Vacancies – Volunteer Positions

Volunteer Personal Counsellor (4 hours p/w)

We are seeking a Volunteer Counsellor for Clinical Services to contribute approximately 4 hours per week. Essential criteria include tertiary qualifications in Counselling and PACFA membership, while desirable qualifications are training in suicide intervention strategies, Lifeline Telephone Crisis Supporter accreditation, and prior face-to-face counselling experience.
